Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so up to 24 hours prior to your appointment.
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, your card will be charged a 30% fee.
If you are 10 minutes late without notice and/or no show, you will be charged a 30% fee and possibly blocked from booking in the future.
